A new organization that is to coordinate activities of the Armenian Diaspora of Russia will be established in the nearest future. This has been stated by Union of Armenians of Russia chairman Ara Abrahamian, who is in Yerevan on the occasion of Days of the UAR taking place in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. According to him, the new organization will most likely be formed as a holding company that will be able to take the role of the source of financing of the UAR investment projects. At that, along with charitable contributions, own financial resources will available at the holding. According to Abrahamian, the new holding company will assist in developing the Armenia-Diaspora relations through economic mechanisms.
