ARMENIAN AND BELARUSSIAN BUSINESSMEN TO MEET IN MOSCOW LATE OCTOBER

The meeting of the representatives of the business circles of Armenia and Belarus is expected to take place in Minsk late October. According to the “BELTA” agency report, issues of mutual investments, perspectives of Armenian-Belarussian economic cooperation and establishment of close business relations will be discussed. It should be noted the Armenia-Belarus commodity turnover January-July 2002 is $1.5 million. 14 enterprises with the Belarussian share are registered in Armenia. These enterprises are engaged mainly in trade, metallurgy, textile and shoe industries.
