CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND INVESTMENT OFFICE IN YEREVAN TO INITIATE USA-ARMENIA BUSINESS RELATIONS

California Governor Gray Davis has signed the bill on establishing a California international trade and investment office in Armenia. The law stipulates expansion of economic and social relations between Armenia and California that, according to the Governor, combine common interests. The Yerevan trade office activities will give the opportunities of a closer cooperation between the business circles of Armenia and the USA, Gray Davis noted. At that he noted that State funds would not be used for the representative office establishment. It should be noted, at present the International trade and investment offices operate in Germany, Argentine, Israel, Japan, China, the Great Britain and other countries.
