EUROPEAN PARLIAMENTARIANS NOTED ARMENIA’S INTEREST IN INTEGRATION INTO EU

European parliamentarians have noted Armenia’s interest in the process of integration into the European Union. Co-chair of the commission on EU-Armenia inter-parliamentary cooperation Ursula Shleicher stated it upon the completion of the commission 4-th meeting in Yerevan. In her words, “Armenia’s will to cooperate with the EU is noticeable.” At the same time U.Shleicher reported that the European Parliament paid much attention to Armenia, too, and the fact that 9 delegates had arrived in the republic to participate in the commission meeting was an evidence of it.
