“HORIZON WEEKLY” ARMENIAN NEWSPAPER RECOGNIZED ONE OF BEST ETHNIC ISSUES IN CANADA

The Canadian ethnic council on press affairs has recognized “Horizon Weekly” Armenian newspaper being published in Montreal as one of the best issues of national minorities of Canada. In the words of the council chairman Thomas Saras, the decision is conditioned by high level of the newspaper publications and complimentary reader feedback. Let us note that some 800 ethnic newspapers in 125 languages are published in Canada at present.
