REESTABLISHMENT OF TRADITIONAL TIES BETWEEN ARMENIA AND VIETNAM WILL DO GOOD TO BOTH COUNTRIES

Reestablishment of traditional ties between Armenia and Vietnam will do good to both countries. Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian, who is in Vietnam on official visit, stated it in the course of the meeting with Vietnamese foreign minister Nguyen Dy Nien. The heads of the foreign departments of Armenia and Vietnam expressed themselves in favor of creating a bilateral inter-governmental commission to coordinate programs of cooperation in the sphere of economy, culture and education. Within the framework of his visit V.Oskanian also had a meeting with Vice-Premier of Vietnam Fam Za Khiem, deputy minister for education affairs Nguyen Van Von.
