The US state Department is really developing a project on rendering the US civic rights to Armenians-refugees from Baku. As head of the Moscow Committee on migration Sergey Smidovich reported the other day, Moscow authorities support the preparation of the document by the American party and would like to take part in that work. According to him, at present the Moscow government is making a list of the Baku Armenians residing in the Russian capital, which will be ready until the year-end.
