The realization of the Armenian-Iranian memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of power industry was discussed by Armenian and Iranian energy ministers Armen Movsisian and Habib Allah Betraf in Yerevan. Several programs are being realized within the memorandum framework, in particular, building of “Syunik-Center” high-voltage power line, as well as the engineering-economic grounding of using the hydro-engineering potential of Araks river. The parties noted that all programs are being realized in accordance with the schedule.
