Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Hayk Khanumyan has been charged with negligence, which caused serious consequence, the Artsakh Prosecutor's Office reveals, Pastinfo reports.
Khanumyan has been a defendant since April 13, but is still in office, according to information published on the Karabakh government's website.
Khanumyan has been the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Karabakh since December 2020 – almost immediately after the Second Karabakh War.
