A tender of the best project for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict transformation has been announced in the UK. As reported to “Arminfo” agency at the British Embassy in Armenia, the tender is announced by “Preventing Global Conflicts” joint program financed by the defense ministry, the Office for the External Links and Cooperation as well as British International Development Agency. The action aims at the contribution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict comprehension and the improvement of the conditions for its long-term settlement thus providing the economic and social development of the region. In the words of British ambassador to Armenia Thorda Abbott-Watt, the UK is interested in securing peace and welfare in the South Caucasus, for what the project as well as consolidation of Bryan Fall’s authorities at the post of the special representative in the South Caucasus testify.
