Applicants from Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) have been deprived of the opportunity to take entrance exams to Armenian universities due to Azerbaijan's blockade since December 12.
After discussions, the authorities or Artsakh and Armenia's have chosen the remote option of passing the exams.
After passing the exams and being accepted, the question of how the students are going to get to Yerevan needs to be addressed.
