Barbera Zamora FAU legal advise company, representing the interests of the biggest cement producers of Spain, has shown interest to buying one of the biggest cement producers in South Caucasus – «Ararat-Cement» enterprise. Minister of state property of the Republic of Armenia David Vardanian reported it. In his words, the other day in Yerevan the representatives of the Spanish company discussed the opportunity of buying the plant. The minister noted that there were no concrete agreements reached yet. The Spanish asked data about the factory to familiarize with it in detail.
