Georgia pledges to support peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia

Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili, at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, stated that the country is ready to utilize its capabilities to foster peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"Georgia is a candidate country for EU membership, and we must take steps in this direction to achieve our ultimate goal. This requires joint efforts from both the EU and Georgia. At the same time, our relations with neighboring countries are of great importance. They are extremely significant. We also have a strategic partnership with Armenia, which is also crucial. If necessary, Georgia will use its full potential to ensure peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia," the minister stated.

She emphasized that the government’s priorities include integration into European and Euro-Atlantic structures. Georgia’s ruling party, Georgian Dream, consistently implements its vision, paying special attention to regional stability and maintaining strategic ties with neighboring countries.
