The representatives of the candidate, who, according to the preliminary data, has lost the Akhalkalaki city assembly elections, came out with accusations against the regional electoral commission, which, in their words, had admitted falsification. The authorized persons of the candidate – chief of Akhalkalaki regional post Khachik Ayvazian and director of Akhalkalaki branch of “Pochta” bank Anahit Tarlamazian – have gone on hunger strike near the building of the Central electoral commission in Tbilisi. They demand holding elections in Akhalkalaki again.
