Russian prime minister Mikhail Kasyanov has approved the proposal of the Russian foreign ministry to open a consulate general of Armenia in Rostov. As reported by “Finmarket” agency, the consular district will cover Adygeya, North Osetia-Alania Republics, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Astrakhan, Volgograd and Rostov regions.
