The members of the Armenian delegation, who are in Krasnodar to clear up the current situation because of the threat of deportation of Armenians from the Territory, have met with Kuban’s governor Aleksander Tkahev. At the meeting, the sides discussed the mechanisms of the settlement of the migration issues. The deputies of the parliament and the representatives of the government of Armenia noted that when considering the issues regarding the migration, it should be taken into consideration the special level of the Russia-Armenia intergovernmental relations. The close cooperation of Moscow and Yerevan in all the spheres and the mutual trust let solve problems regarding the status of Armenian citizens residing in Kuban in calm atmosphere. The members of the Armenian delegation expressed assurance of that opening of RA general consulate in Krasnodar might make for the constructive partnership in this issue. The representatives of the Armenian leadership have met with ataman of Kuban Cossack troops Vladimir Gromov.
