Levon Aronian has taken the sole lead after the first day of the Grand Chess Tour: Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz 2025” tournament, according to Radar Armenia.
After the combined results of the rapid and blitz chess games, the top three standings are as follows: Levon Aronian with 19 points, Fabiano Caruana with 17 points, and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave with 16.5 points.
The final 9 rounds of the blitz chess tournament are scheduled for August 15.
