Krasnodar Territory governor Aleksander Tkachev intends to make a visit to Yerevan. President of the Armenians of Russia Ara Abramian, who is in Yerevan to participate in the “Armenia-Diaspora” forum, has stated about this. The head of the union has recently returned from Krasnodar, where he and the authorities of the Territory discussed the situation regarding the disorders against Armenians organized by several forces. According to the local administration, the increasing social situation makes for the redoubling of the tension. During the visit to Kuban, the delegation of the Union of Armenians of Russia reached the agreement on joint steps for the population social level increase and economic development in the Territory. In the nearest future, agreement on cooperation between the Krasnodar Territory’s administration and the Union of the Armenians of Russia for 10 years will be signed.
