US Under Secretary for economic issues Alan Larson stated that the “opening of the Armenian-Turkish frontier will become a momentous step in the view of creating new markets in the Caucasus and Central Asia”. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, Alan Larson also noted that the opening of the Armenian-Turkish frontier would be profitable for the eastern regions of Turkey.
