«Patriada» social organization, uniting Greeks residing in Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh, has addressed Robert Kocharian a letter stating their call to the official authorities to recognize the fact of genocide of the Greeks in Ottoman Turkey. The letter notes the criminal regime of Turks in 1916 started the realization of the phisical destruction and deportation of the Greek population in Anatolia. As a result over 3 hundred thousands of Greeks were killed, about 1.5 mln escaped. It should be reminded Greek parliament recognized the fact of 1915 Armenian genocide in 1996.
