Three Armenian boxers – Derenik Gizhlaryan, Eduard Hambardzumyan and Garnik Harutyunyan – took a good start at the world championship in Milan.
In the 1/16 final Gizhlaryan will fight Russia’s Misha Aloyan, Harutyunyan will come out vs. Syria’s Vesam Salaman while Hambardzumyan try a fall with Turkey’s Onul Sipal.
Andranik Hakobyan and Hrachik Javakhyan will fight today.
