Zonal tournament of the Handball championship of Armenia among men and women finished in Vanadzor. Just two teams: “Artsakh” and “Vanadzor” took part in the the women’s tournament and instead of two trips to the championship only one was played. Handball players of Artsakh won the play.
Four teams among men Shengavit “,” Artsakh “,” Gegharqunik “and” Vanadzor” competed. The groups settled in the standing table of the zonal tournament in the same order.
In the major league three handball teams will join the winners of the zonal tournament: men teams of “FIMA”, “YSU”, “Vanadzor”, women teams of “FIMA”, “Shengavit” and “Gyumri”.
