Minister of trade and economic development of Armenia Karen Chshmaritian has proposed the UNO to create Coordinating Committee on issues of developing countries. The minister made the proposal while speaking at the UNO «Development financing» Conference in Monterey. In his speech Karen Chshmaritian emphasized the problem of most developing countries. The matter concerns the harmonization of the requirements of different countries and organizations-donors and the national programs of the countries receiving aid. According to the Armenian minister the countries receiving aid often are in difficult situation because of the difference of donors’ evaluations of social-economic situation in these countries and this is due to deference of criteria and approaches. It quite often turns out that the various stipulated requirements are mutually exclusive.
