German entrepreneurs are interested and ready to invest into Armenian economy. Representative of the German Ministry of Economy Peter Hartig stated it at Armenian-German partnership meeting in Yerevan. However, in his words, state guarantees of both sides are necessary for it. Hartig noted that the German Government was interested in such cooperation and was ready to make its contribution. “We can give state guarantees to the German entrepreneur, thus promoting growth of investments from Germany to Armenia,” – he said. Hartig also emphasized that within the framework of the visit to Yerevan he would hold a number of important meetings with the Armenian leadership, in the course of which he planned to discuss those questions. “The main goal of our visit is to create contacts between Armenian and German entrepreneurs, which can be intensified in the future,” – P.Hartig stressed.
