“I share the opinion of the OSCE responsible official for issues of national minorities on “possible problems” in of Georgian Javakhetia region populated by Armenians”. As “Mediamax” agency reports, the US Ambassador to the OSCE Stephan Minikes, has stated this while having speech at the meeting of the Permanent Council of the organization, at which the report on the situation of national minorities in the territory which the OSCE is responsible for was discussed.
