COMMUNICATION LEVEL BETWEEN ARMENIAN AND TURKISH OFFICERS IN NATO EXERCISE RATHER HIGH

The level of communication between the Turkish and Armenian officers in the “Cooperative Best Effort-2003” exercise conducted in Armenia is rather high. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, deputy assistant of the Armenian defense minister, the exercise co-commander Murad Isakhanian stated today. In his words, the representative of Turkey took active part in the preparation conferences. “Nationality does not play any role in the exercise”, – the military man said.
