A bill recommending the inclusion of the testimony of the 1915 Armenian genocide survivors in the training course of teachers was introduced to the legislative body of California American State. The introduced bill will be an addendum to the law acting in California State that stipulates the Model Curriculum for “human rights and genocide” for public schools taught in 7-12 grades. Two days ago in Sacramento a press conference where arguments in favor of the introduced bill were introduced was held.
