This summer the next session of the Armenian-Georgian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation will be held. Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian reported it today upon his arrival from Tbilisi, where he had been on a two-day official visit. In his words, it is planned to discuss the prospects of developing commercial relations, as well as questions of transport, in particular – the opportunity of lifting the blockade of the Abkhazian strip of the railroad. Measures to solve problems of transportation of loads through Georgian territory will also be concerned.
