EXHIBITION OF HISTORICAL PHOTOS CONFIRMING ARMENIAN GENOCIDE IN 1915 OPENED IN FRANKFURT

Today an exhibition opened in St. Catharine church of German Frankfurt city, where historical photographs confirming the fact of the Armenian Genocide of 1915 will be exposed. Director of the Museum-Institute of the Armenian Genocide Lavrentiy Barseghian has left for Germany to participate in the exhibition, which will last till March 1. It is planned that member of “Union against genocide” Turkish intelligentsia organization Densh Gyundyuz will open the ceremony, thus paying homage to the memory of the genocide victims. “Armnifo” agency reports that the ceremony organizers are the Armenian Evangelical Church and organization of the Turkish intelligentsia of Germany “Union against genocide.” The central goal of holding the exhibition is attraction of the German Government’s attention to the fact of the Armenian Genocide, as well as to present the young generation the most frightful crime against humanity – the genocide.
