The meeting of representatives of the Committee of ministers of the CE countries-members has begun its work in Strasbourg. The meeting of representatives of the Committee of ministers of the CU countries-members has started the consideration of the bill of the decision condemning Turkey’s blockade against Armenia. The bill was introduced by Armenia. At the meeting, the official Yerevan was represented by the permanent representative of Armenia to the CE Cristian Ter-Stepanyan. A definite decision has not been made yet. It should be noted that the solution of such issues is Ministers committee’s terms of reference cover and the meeting of the representatives of the Committee can only approve of the consideration of the bill by the foreign ministers of the CE countries-members. The consideration of the issue on the course of the fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by Georgia, Ukraine and Turkey is also on the agenda of the meeting of the representatives of the Committee.
