The defense minister of Abkhazia Vladimir Mikanba has stated about the possibility of forming a military block by the four unrecognized countries: Abkhazia, Nagorno Karabakh, Predinstrivye and South Osetia. According to him, the military alliance would let the unrecognized countries help each other if there were a threat to their security. This kind of statements has been made for several times in Abkhazia. It should be reminded, that a month ago in media an information with reference to official figures of Abkhazia appeared stating that at the forthcoming February regular meeting of foreign ministers of the four unrecognized countries, the perspective of the forming of military block as well as many other issues would be discussed. In answer to this Nagorno Karabakh foreign ministry has made a statement that the republic has enough potential for the country security and does not need an establishment of a military block with other forces. In the document it is emphasized that the official Stepanakert intends to stress the necessity of the development of the system of international guaranties of security.
