On the day of opening PACE winter session a state reception will be organized by the Armenian delegation in Strasbourg – due to the first anniversary of Armenia’s membership in the Council of Europe. It is noteworthy that Armenia became full member of the Council of Europe together with Azerbaijan, which may be deprived of its mandate because of not fulfilling a significant part of the obligations undertaken while entering the CE. In contrast, the Council of Europe does not have any claims or criticism.
