“Armenian is for Georgia’s integrity. At the same time we do not have to cherish illusions that our compatriots living in Abkhazia would not defend their homes and would not be involved in the conflict at least partly”, stated Armenian National Assembly vice speaker Tigran Torosyan at the meeting with Georgian parliamentarians yesterday. According to him, Armenia will do everything to achieve peaceful conflict settlement as soon as possible. The head of Georgian parliament Nino Burjanadze expressed her confidence that Armenia will be able to have positive role in this issue.
