Vice-President of the Russian Government, co-chairman of the Armenian-Russian commission on economic cooperation Ilya Klebanov’s visit to Yerevan is again postponed. In connection with this the treaty on passing a part of shares of Armenian enterprises to Russia by founding joint ventures will in all probability be signed in Moscow. Signing of the document is planned for the beginning of November. Co-chairman of the commission on economic cooperation, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian will sign it from the Armenian side. Zangezur copper-molybdenum industrial complex, “Mars”, “Orbita” and “Armelektromash” factories, institutes of mathematical machines, automatic control systems and science of materials, Hrazdan heat power station and Vorotan hydro-cascade are included in the list of enterprises and institutes, which may be passed to joint possession.
