ARMENIAN GENOCIDE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT HAS TO BE A TERM FOR TURKEY’S JOINING THE EUROPEAN UNION

Armenian Assembly of America has appealed to the leadership of the European Parliament with a claim to stipulate the joining of Turkey the European Union by the acknowledgment of the 1915 Armenian genocide. This is informed by «Arminfo» agency. Head of the Assembly Van Grigoryan has noted that the European Parliament welcomed the creation of Turkish-Armenian committee for reconciliation. He has expressed his hope that the European Parliament, supporting the dialog between Turkey and Greece, will assist the dialog between Ankara and Yerevan.
