On September 23, Armenia's chess payers defeated Turkey's team 3.5-0.5 in the third round of the 39th World Chess Olympiad in Khanty-Mansiysk.
Levon Aronyan, Vladimir Akopian and Arman Pashikyan won their matches, while Gabriel Sargsyan tied his game.
This was the third victory of the Armenian men team at the Olympiad.
