Co-chairman of Diplomats’ Association of Russia, the Russian president’s ex-special representative on Nagorno Karabakh settlement, ambassador Vladimir Kazimirov appealed to the parties on conflict not to transfer responsibility for the standstill of the peacemaking process on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement to the co-chairmen of the OCSE Minsk group. As reported by V. Kazimirov to “Mediamax” agency, “the parties should liquidate the artificial barriers for carrying on stable negotiations corresponding to a responsible standard”. In his opinion, “Baku specifically should refuse from the policy of neglect towards Nagorno Karabakh Armenians and should not put obstacles for economic communications aiming at the reduction of tension. Yerevan and Stepanakert, in their turn, should resign claims and settle all the issues by package means”.
