MEMORANDUM ON INTER-PARLIAMENTARY DIALOGUE BETWEEN SOUTH CAUCASIAN COUNTRIES BEING SIGNED IN TBILISI

Within the parliamentary initiative of the South Caucasian countries a joint memorandum of the Armenian, Georgian and Azeri parliaments will be signed in Tbilisi today. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, the document will be signed by Georgian parliament vice-speaker Vakhtang Kolbaya, vice-speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Tigran Torosian and deputy of Azeri Milli Mejlis Siyavush Novruzov. The memorandum determines the basic frames of the inter-parliamentary dialogue between the South Caucasian countries. The fundamental document within the framework of the present initiative was signed by leaders of the Armenian, Georgian and Azeri parliaments in London in 2002 under the aegis of “Linx” British organization.
