With the support by Turkey Azerbaijan wages a propagandistic war, thus influencing the international public opinion and the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Vice-speaker of the House of Lords of the British parliament Caroline Cox said in Stepanakert last weekend, when participating in celebrations of the 11-th anniversary of liberation of Shushi, the Nagorno Karabakh ancient capital, and formation of the NKR defense army. In the baroness’ words, as reported by “Arminfo” agency, one should attain to spreading trustworthy information on the Karabakh conflict and the Nagorno Karabakh history. In Caroline Cox’ words, based on a correct perception of the recent past and the present of Karabakh, one can reach a just settlement of the problem.
