The Council of Europe Venetian Commission is ready to render expert assistance to the OSCE Minsk Group in determining the future status of Nagorno Karabakh. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, CE secretary general Walter Schwimmer stated. “The unresolved Karabakh problem is an obstacle on the way of development of Armenia and Azerbaijan and hampers full regional cooperation,” he noted.
