Armenia coach Vardan Minasyan said his team showed a more experienced game against Slovakia and achieved results, although didn’t “demonstrate their entire potential.”
Minasyan noted that four teams in Group B still have chances to make it to play-off. But now he is focused on the match against Macedonia. “Macedonia takes a lower place in the group in terms of their quality of play,” the coach said, adding that he hopes to see a crowded stadium on October 7.
“Hrayr Mkoyan will not be able to play in the defense due to a yellow card. Besides, he suffered a leg injury. If Robert Arzumanyan does not recover before the match against Macedonia, we will consider other variants,” he said and added: “I sees Armenia in EURO 2012.”
