Armenian men’s chess team will face Germany in the 9th round of the Championship in Porto Carras, Greece.
The board pairings have been announced as follows: Levon Aronian – Arkadij Naiditsch, Sergei Movsesian – Georg Meier, Vladimir Akopian – Daniel Fridman, Gabriel Sargissian – Jan Gustafsson.
Armenia currently tops the standings with 21 points, leaving Germany one point behind.
