ARMENIAN-INDIAN AGREEMENT ON INVESTMENT STIMULATION DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH RA CONSTITUTION

The regulations of the Armenian-Indian agreement on the stimulation and protection of the investments corresponds to the Armenian Constitution, RA Constitutional Court decreed. The paper was signed in May 2003 for a 10-year term (with the right of prolongation). In the words of Armenian minister of trade and economic development Karen Chshmaritian, 30 Indian companies profiling in the sphere of high technologies and catering are functioning at the Armenian territory at present.
