Gudauri-Kobi and Mtskheri-Kazbek-Lars Georgian highways, over which the cargo transportation from Russia to Armenia is usually exercised, will be closed till the end of the winter. As reported by the RA ministry of transport and communications according to the Georgian road police, these measures have been undertaken because of the unfavorable conditions of the roads. Due to the source, the closing of the major Armenian-Russian goods traffic through passage will lead to the rise in cost price of the goods, as they will be transported over the Black Sea on ferries.
