Among the CIS states within the ten months of the current year the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP) increase was observed in Armenia – 15.7%. According to statistical data, within January-October 2003 the average growth of the GDP in the CIS countries made 7% as compared to the similar period of 2002. The GDP growth in Azerbaijan made 10.8%, in Tajikistan -10.6%, in Kazakhstan – 9.1%, in Georgia 8.3%. The lowest indicator was in Kyrgyzstan – 6%.
