Russian President Vladimir Putin came against conflicts, which have remained after the collapse of the USSR, such as the Nagorno Karabakh, Ossetian and Abkhazian ones, to be solved “at the expense of Russia.” The Russian leader stated it in the course of a press conference held via Internet today. In his words, Moscow is frequently asked to state that Russia has allegedly put pressure in favor of a certain decision, otherwise “the population will not understand it.” Moscow always refuses in those cases, Putin assured. “Come to an agreement yourselves, and we will be the guarantors. And we will do it comprehensively,” he said.
