Armenian National Assembly vice speaker Tigran Torosian will head the Armenia’s delegation at the forum of the South Caucasian Inter-Parliamentary Initiative to be held in Scotland December 16-20. As T. Torosian stated earlier, the Armenian delegation will produce at the forum the joint statement of the Armenian parliament’s political forces on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. To note, the parliamentary delegations from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia will discuss a number of urgent regional issues during the forum. Meanwhile, the Azeri “Organization for Karabakh Liberation” (OKL) called the deputies of the Azerbaijani Milli Mejlis to refrain from the participation in the meeting in Scotland. In the words of the OKL chairmen, “Links” organization, being the initiator of the forum, has “close ties with various Armenian organizations in Great Britain”.
