Aliyev enclosed a list of material losses with the letter. “700 hospitals, 150 000 houses, 927 libraries, 6 theaters, 368 clubs, 6000 manufacturing firms, 1200 km of irrigation system, 800 km of roads, 160 bridges are destroyed in 6 towns, 12 urban villages, 830 villages seized. 244 thousand sheep and 69 thousand heads of cattle were stolen,” the attachment says.
