Apres Voskanian took up the duties of Armenia’s honorary consul in the Russian city of Vladivostok. As reported by Russian mass media, Armenian consulate was provided with special quarters in the city center. To note, reclamation works of the Armenian Church that was acting in Vladivostok even before the revolution of the 1917 are being carried out at present.
