The military-engineering cooperation of Russia and Armenia will not harm Azerbaijan, Russian foreign minister Igor Ivanov assured at a meeting with his Azeri counterpart Vilayat Guliyev in Moscow. “Within the framework of the cooperation, Russia has not done and will not do anything that could harm the national security of Azerbaijan,” I.
